Did you know that you can invite up to 10 team members to join your KaraboAI account at no extra cost? This feature is perfect for collaboration, allowing your team to work together on projects, chatbots, and more.
With the Calendar Chatbot, which supports up to 10 simultaneous calendars, inviting 10 members is particularly beneficial. Let's walk through the steps to invite your team members.
Pre-requisites:
- A Working KaraboAI Account: Ensure you have an active KaraboAI account.
Step 1: Navigate to the settings page of your dashboard
At the top right of your dashboard, you will see your email address, click on it and find the settings page.
Step 2: Start Sending Invites
Find the “Team Members” section and click on invite
Step 3: Enter the details of the person you want to invite
When entering details, make sure the person does not already have an active account with KaraboAI.
Step 4: Check the email and click on the link
The person you sent the invite to will receive an email with an activation link, just click on it to enable the account.
Step 5: Update your names
Congratulations, you have successfully invited a new team member. You can update your names, or invite more people to join.
